NatZen brand journey began in 2018 when I started researching the impact plastic has on our planet. I learned about formulating plastic-free soaps, shampoos, and conditioners for myself, my family &amp; friends. The resulting feedback was so positive, it speared me into action to study herbalism and skincare formulation. This in turn led me to pursue my passion for botanical skincare. NatZen in full is ‘Naturally Zen’ and as the name implies; the end goal is to create products that bring a sense of serenity, enjoyment, and relaxation. I am passionate about producing holistic skincare products that are gentle on the skin and our environment simultaneously. In 2018 I had no eCommerce industry experience or business background. I worked hard to grow this business from the ground up all by myself. It all started with the Etsy Store, Local Markets, and friends&apos; recommendations and progressed to a luxury Natural Skincare Brand that is an example to others.  As a self-taught entrepreneur, I wear many hats and have learned so much since beginning this journey.
