The one-stop solution for work experience
Posted: Wed 14th Dec 2016
It's time for episode 31 of our podcast, the Small Business Sessions.
Lying exhausted after tackling the New York marathon isn't the obvious time to come up with a business idea, but that's what happened to Enterprise Nation member Sally Tomlinson.
Sally is one of the brains behind Worktaster, a platform for young people aged 14 to 19 to find the work experience they need to get started on their career journey.
The service helps schools to monitor what they're up to and report their findings to Ofsted at the same time as giving businesses a hassle free way of engaging their local community.
As Sally explains in the podcast, she has benefited from Enterprise Nation's events in Birmingham. Our next is StartUp 2017, part of the biggest start-up show of the New Year, on 14 January. Book a ticket here.
