As everyone knows, building a brand is more than just creating a logo and getting a product or service going. A brand is about values, about a story, and today, more than ever, we want to connect to people - so it needs to be personal.
Not only, but we're at a turning point in history now, where climate change, the knock-on emerging crisis in the natural world is now part of our day to day narrative.
The demand for change is ever-growing. Concern for the climate is now listed as the fourth most important issue for customers. Brexit also being high amongst concerns
Whatever business we're in - whether offering a service or manufacturing and supplying a product, it makes sense to address these concerns, and offer alternatives and solutions to our customers - our 'people'/tribe.
