David J. Brown is a strong and serious entrepreneur. In the 1990's he started London's first digital recording studio, which grew into a global digital publishing business called Serious, headquartered in New York, and successfully sold in 2007.

Not one to rest, David went on to launch Ve Interactive in 2009. The company specialises in online efficiency for the e-commerce industry and has a roster of 4,000 clients, working in 19 languages, from 12 offices across the globe.

This kind of growth involves rapid recruitment and last week I received a tweet from David's company:

Ve Interactive

This Thursday I'm going to be asking this high growth entrepreneur for his hiring secrets! Join us on the free webinar to discover:

  • How to find top talent

  • Methods to manage and motivate a team

  • Offering shares to employees; the benefits and considerations

  • Finding mentors and Non Execs

  • The role of the company leader

  • Ways to grow by outsourcing and subcontracting as opposed to hiring staff

Pose your questions to David and hear him tell the Ve story in his own words as well as how he plans to keep on going and growing!

The Q&A will be hosted by Enterprise Nation founder, Emma Jones.

This is the fifth in a series of free webinars to mirror the areas of advice specific to the government's Growth Voucher programme.
