Lydia PimmWhat does a typical day look like for you?

A typical day is full of emails, contacting lots of speakers, promoting various events and constantly looking at our @e_nation Instagram account.

What's the one thing you most enjoy about working with small businesses?

Watching inspiring people going out and getting what they want.

Which member story has most struck a chord with you?

I have to pick two and they're both from different Enterprise Nation member meet the retail buyer missions that I ran.

Foraging Fox that got into Sainsbury's and Professor Scrubbington's that pitched to Boots.

It's a humbling feeling being a stepping stone in their business growth.

What's your favourite Enterprise Nation event and why?

The Exchange events. They're creative, there's all you need to learn about your industry in one day and you meet your idols.

Lydia PimmI get a couple of free samples along the way too which is always a bonus!

If you weren't at Enterprise Nation, which company would you most like to work for?

Bloom & Wild because I'm obsessed with flowers and plants and everyone needs to have them all over their homes and offices.

It's a beautiful brand and I stalk them on Instagram every day!

Tell us one thing about you that not many people know.

I'm a big scuba diver and lover/protector of the ocean. I'm planning to get my PADI instructor level and then I can take the team out for a dive.
