What is your favourite business book and why?

There's so many that I've valued and enjoyed but most of all, Lean In by Sheryl Sandberg, COO of Facebook.

It's such an empowering and educational reflection about the issues facing women in the workplace and how can we can take steps to change it, as both men and women.

I genuinely respect everyone who's making it on their own. It's ridiculously tough.

Definitely getting to 10 Downing Street in 2017 as part of the Small Biz 100.

What piece of advice do you wish you had known when starting out?

You need to have a plan! Without a plan how will you know that you're getting to where you want to get to.

Why do you consider long-term strategic advice important to business success?

Because everything changes, the industry, your customer, your vision. Long term advice and planning helps you to keep moving and pushing forward)

If you had a superpower what would it be and why?

To freeze time! So I could always be caught up and on top of things, and find time for lunch!
