What piece of advice do you which you had known when starting out?

The need to stay really focused on what kind of work you want to take on, and what kind of clients you want to work with. It needs to be a great fit (for both parties.)

Why do you consider long-term strategic advice important to business success?

I'm a planner at heart, and know that the time spent thinking and planning reaps rewards long-term. Setting objectives, making decisions about the best route to take are key to making best use of resources. There are few quick wins in business and no silver bullets so thinking strategically is key to developing a sustainable business.

If you had a superpower what would it be and why?

To live without the need to write lists! I write lists for everything and everyone.
