What is your favourite business book and why?
Blue Ocean Strategy as it helped us realise that we need to re think the value we add to clients. We need to truly differentiate ourselves at the same market price point!
Who is your business hero and why?
Tony Robbins. I love everything he does, and discovering his work was a life changer for me.
He really believes that the most important factor in a business's success is your ability to read your numbers and get intelligence from accounting and I do too!

What has been your biggest challenge?
Moving from business operator to business owner and becoming a truly great leader (I am still working on god to great!)
What has been your greatest success?
Winning Small Firm of the Year and reach a seven figure turnover in a five year time period. And all the businesses we have helped exceed their ambitions along the way.
What piece of advice do you wish you had known when starting out?
Write a process document for absolutely everything you do, from answering an email to delivering a client project.
Why do you consider long-term strategic advice important to business success?
If you don't think about your long term goals you will never achieve your potential.
The advice is important because why would you take 10 years to achieve a certain degree of success, make mistakes along the way if there was someone who has been there and done it (or spoken to people who had) and could show you a shortcut to success on your terms?
That is strategic advice.
If you had a superpower what would it be and why?
I would have super strength so I could save peoples lives of course but I could instantly achieve all of my training goals and be the strongest person in the gym!
