Watch back: Are you an employer of choice or employer of churn?

In this recorded Lunch and Learn webinar, Lisa Seagroatt, founder and managing director of HR Fit for Purpose, explains how a business experiencing ‘employee churn’ can turn it around to become an ‘employer of choice’. And all without it costing lots of money!

As Lisa says, it’s time to challenge the ‘status quo’ and stop accepting the ‘churn factor’ as being ‘normal’ for any business. It’s often the small changes we make in life that have a large impact and making small changes in business is no different.

Key takeaways for this session:

  • Understanding the value of people in any business

  • Recognising the tell-tale signs that show any business what its ‘health’ is like

  • Why effective communication is so important for your businesss ‘health’
