There can't be many woolly jumper manufacturers who have met every single sheep involved in producing them but that kind of locally sourced and transparent production is vitally important to Tom Kay, founder of Finisterre.
He started the ethical clothing brand targeting surfers and outdoor lovers to take on the mass produced, disposable clothing culture. It's now a business with three stores and a huge following.
The company has just launched its biggest store to date in Bristol and 24 hours before the doors opened to the public, Dan Martin met Tom to hear his story.
