A recent report found 40% of business owners use social media to generate sales and almost 25% of business owners are selling through Facebook. In addition, a quarter of consumers say recommendations on social media influence what they buy and 30% say they would make purchases directly through Pinterest, Instagram, Twitter, or Snapchat.
