I have worked on training projects at a number of different scales and and types of organisation, from Blue-Chip Pharmaceuticals to the NHS and Housing Sectors.

As a Director and Lead Consultant, I am responsible for keeping up to date with the latest market trends, monitoring economical dependencies, and relevant regulation changes, and conducting projects to the highest standards. Results-driven and goal-oriented professional with extensive experience in project management, driving business performance, establishing systems, working remotely, translating analytics into actions, and collaborating with multiple clients and other professionals. Driving the work to identify and explore alternative operational models, ensuring that recommended changes align with the strategic plan for delivery and impact goals, future income models, and organizational form.
