#SheMeansBusiness, Meta's initiative for female entrepreneurs, launches its 2022 programme following on from last year's resoundingly successful campaign.
Delivered by Enterprise Nation's accredited trainers, the programme provides free online training on social media and digital marketing for women across the UK who want to start or grow a business.
The initiative involves quarterly events, monthly meet-ups and a purpose-built resource hub on Enterprise Nation's online platform. Outside of SheMeansBusiness, Enterprise Nation delivers support to more than 50,000 small businesses every month through its many programmes, advisers and events.
Carrie Timms, global business marketing director EMEA, said:
"We've been blown away by the talent and drive of the female entrepreneurs who have joined #SheMeansBusiness in the past year, so we're delighted that it's making a return.
"The last two years have demonstrated just how entrepreneurial the UK is and we're committed to enabling small businesses to start, grow and thrive. That’s what #SheMeansBusiness does and we're determined that it will bring even bigger and better support to the UK's female founders this year."
Having first launched back in 2017, #SheMeansBusiness's training and networking events, resources and masterclasses have helped thousands of UK women to upskill, improve their digital knowledge and take their small businesses to the next level, year after year.
Emma Jones, founder of Enterprise Nation, said:
"It's important news for the British economy that thousands of women are seizing the opportunity and taking on board advice to help their businesses to thrive.
"Our experience shows those who take advice grow more successful and sustainable ventures, and there's a direct correlation between training and good outcomes in business. That's why we're so pleased to work with Meta to deliver digital skills support to thousands of UK women over the coming months."
