Starting at the bottom and working up to a Continuous Improvement Manager. Gaining my Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in 2016. Process improvement and people development are my key skills. I set my consultancy business up to help Manufacturing SMEs and Start-Ups. Supporting them to achieve their potential and become more effective, and profitable. Through building solid foundations and a great strategy. Focusing on engaging and empowering people. My favourite quote in life is from Bruce Lee. "Simplicity is the key to brilliance". I excel at taking something complex and turning it into something simple. Plain speaking without technical language and jargon. Life has blessed me with many learning opportunities.
