Watch back: Why inclusion matters and how you can become an advocate
Tracey Liot is a social entrepreneur and disability awareness advocate who founded Xtra Potential in 2020, a social enterprise driving change so every child can reach their potential and live life to the full.
Tracey spent over 15 years in corporate sales environments working for FTSE 100 companies. This experience equipped Tracey with a tonne of grit and resilience - character traits she has drawn on to fight for social justice and inclusion for her son, Archie, who was born with a disability that affects his speech and spine.
Xtra potential delivers education and training, advocacy and social justice campaigning. Additionally, the team partners with organisations to implement social inclusion and diversity strategies so the next generation will have access to opportunities in the workplace and grow up in an inclusive society.
So, if you want to know how you can advocate for inclusion in the workplace and your community, watch this webinar recording for an inspired and passionate Lunch and Learn.
