Rachel Mallows MBE is a Northamptonshire business woman with over 30 years' experience in delivering training, coaching, mentoring and business support. Rachel is the founder of The Mallows Company Limited, a Bozeat based business with a regional remit, provides training, mentoring, project management and consultancy. Rachel has a breadth of experience across all sectors including Higher Education, Further Education and schools having coached staff at the university and Headteachers and academic staff across Northamptonshire. As a leadership tutor for the Career Development Institute she has worked with Anglia Ruskin and The Open University and the NHS. Corporately Rachel has worked with large multi-nationals (such as Microsoft) to regional manufacturing and engineering companies (such as RML and Sandwell). Rachel holds a ILM Level 7 in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring and Level 6 in Information, Advice and Guidance for Careers Management. The Mallows Company is a Matrix accredited company, and also holds the Confident about Disability award. Rachel was awarded the MBE for her Services to Business and Entrepreneurship in the Queen's 90th Birthday Honours List and was made a Deputy Lieutenant for Northamptonshire. In 2015, its inaugural year, Rachel was awarded the Maserati 100, which celebrated her work for new and young businesses.
