&lt;p&gt;The Mallows Company, under the leadership of its founder and director Rachel Mallows MBE DL, has been providing a complementary range of services to businesses, charities, organisations and individuals since 1988.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;We provide leadership and management training, open courses, executive coaching and leadership mentoring, event management, charity administration and marketing services.&amp;nbsp; We also support individuals both by helping them get back to work and in their progression at work through one-to-one and group sessions, while also specialising in career management, guidance and career coaching.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In addition, our food and drink expertise has been built around the Food and Drink Awards and Made In Northamptonshire which operate across all parts of the county including Northampton, Wellingborough, Kettering, Corby, Daventry, Brackley and Towcester as well as rural Northamptonshire.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In 2004, we achieved the Matrix Standard for Information, Advice and Guidance &amp;ndash; an accreditation held to the present day. We have been awarded local government and European Social Fund contracts and are proud to work with JobCentre Plus as a &amp;lsquo;Confident About Disability&amp;rsquo; employer.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Rachel Mallows MBE is a Northamptonshire business woman with over 30 years' experience in delivering training, coaching, mentoring and business support. Rachel is the founder of The Mallows Company Limited, a Bozeat based business with a regional remit, provides training, mentoring, project management and consultancy.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Rachel has a breadth of experience across all sectors including Higher Education, Further Education and schools having coached staff at the university and Headteachers and academic staff across Northamptonshire. As a leadership tutor for the Career Development Institute she has worked with Anglia Ruskin and The Open University and the NHS. Corporately Rachel has worked with large multi-nationals (such as Microsoft) to regional manufacturing and engineering companies (such as RML and Sandwell).&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Rachel holds a ILM Level 7 in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring and Level 6 in Information, Advice and Guidance for Careers Management.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The Mallows Company is a Matrix accredited company, and also holds the Confident about Disability award. Rachel was awarded the MBE for her Services to Business and Entrepreneurship in the Queen's 90th Birthday Honours List and was made a Deputy Lieutenant for Northamptonshire.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In 2015, its inaugural year, Rachel was awarded the Maserati 100, which celebrated her work for new and young businesses.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Rachel is proud to be a Local Leader for Northampton under the Heads Up campaign.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

Managing Director

Following a degree in Law and Japanese, Emma joined international accounting firm Arthur Andersen, where she worked in London, Leeds and Manchester offices and set up the firm's Inward Investment practice that attracted overseas companies to locate in the UK.

In 2000, bitten by the dot.com bug, Emma left the firm to start her first business, Techlocate. After 15 months, the company was successfully sold to Tenon plc.

The experience of starting, growing and selling a business from a home base gave Emma the idea for Enterprise Nation which was launched in 2006 as the home business website.

The company has since expanded to become a small business membership community of over 75,000 people who benefit from events and support: online and in person.

Enterprise Nation also presents a campaigning voice to government and the media on behalf of its members.
