There are many challenges we face when it comes to pricing – from being unsure what to charge for products and services to giving uncontrolled discounts and worrying about having difficult conversations with customers.
In this Lunch and Learn, Mette Davis will share her top tips to help you become more confident with pricing and boost your profits in the process.
With a career spanning 25 years in the creative and tech industries, Mette has held leadership positions for large global networks and founded a start-up. She's been running her own consultancy and training business for the past eight years, facilitating positive change for companies, teams and individuals.
Mette has pitched and priced contracts for the likes of British Airways, Mars, McLaren Automotive and Barratt Developments to name a few. She currently works with start-ups, SMEs and individuals to boost their pricing confidence. She isn't a trained accountant, but a strategic, relationship-driven professional working to build value into people's businesses.
