The E-business Programme is a free package of support available to businesses located in the London boroughs of Redbridge, Waltham Forest and Enfield. If you want to find out how to make better use of online marketing and digital tools to enhance your business online presence, attract customers, increase sales and enhance the efficiency of your operations – this service is ideal for you.

All support is tailored to your business needs, including one-to-one Zoom sessions with digital experts and business advisers who can help you:

• Boost your online presence
• Improve your website's search engine ranking (SEO)
• Maximise your online marketing and social media
• Tap into new sales with e-commerce and online payments
• Engage with customers more effectively

Once registered you will also have the opportunity to develop your digital skills by joining the programme’s range of digital tutorials, webinars and recorded tutorials (open to business owners and their staff). You will receive ongoing help and support from the date you register, until the programme ends in September 2024.  

The programme is delivered by Enterprise Enfield and supported by Local London and Redbridge, Enfield and Waltham Forest Councils.

Eligibility requirements

The E-business Programme is open to SMEs that have been trading for over six months and are located in one of the following London boroughs: Enfield, Waltham Forest or Redbridge.
