About Hayley Knight
I have worked in PR for over 10 years, in several roles including Deputy Head of PR for Pride in London. I specialise in working with purpose-driven, social impact businesses, organisations, brands and individuals.&nbsp;
I am the Communications Director for Real Life Learning, a South African social enterprise. I mentor small business owners through <a href=&apos;https://digitalboost.org.uk/&apos; target=&apos;_self&apos;>Digital Boost</a>, and I also work with the PRCA Schools programme and teach young people PR and marketing in schools across the UK. I also do the PR for the Women&apos;s March London.
I am a TEDx speaker. I am a digital nomad, and last year in 2024, I travelled to 11 countries.

I’m Tara Elzingre, an independent consultant who’s passionate about helping business owners take control of their digital strategies without the overwhelm.
