Staying adaptable in an ever-changing market

I possess a fervent enthusiasm for entrepreneurial ventures, particularly fast-growing startups and SMEs, coupled with a profound comprehension of their dynamic landscape. After an early-stage career in Banking and the Fiduciary sector, I spent 10 years in the world of major Beauty corporations (Beiersdorf and Coty Prestige) before transitioning to SMEs in 2017, where I held C-management roles (CMO, CCO, MD) and served on the Director’s board. Additionally, I am a staunch supporter of beauty excellence, actively endorsing brands that align with this philosophy. With a wealth of experience, I serve as a seasoned Strategic Consultant and Business Mentor to both UK-based and international enterprises. My track record includes catalysing the growth of multinational corporations, SMEs, and startups across various global markets. My true passion lies in sharing knowledge and helping to develop people and small businesses, which I've done by consulting and mentoring other business owners, throughout my career, and as a mentor since 2022 to Startups and SME’s founders, as well as on the UK government 'Help to Grow' scheme, and at LSE- London School of Economics on the ‘LSE Generate’ acceleration programme to LSE student and alumni startup ventures.
