I am on a mission to support moms to find financial freedom and success with their jobs while enjoying messy mom-hood.My background is in Retail Management and recruitment. As a Store Manager in a millionaire store, I had responsibility for over 100 employees including training and recruiting. I oversaw project management of new store openings and increased both revenue and foot traffic in my area through my financial and marketing strategies. As a recruiter with Morgan McKinley, I worked in a leading global think tank helping to streamline and improve on the recruitment process of software engineers. As we pivoted to a sprint approach, I created a time management system to save manual hours for our team so that we could focus more on finding quality candidates for our clients. Throughout my 14 years with both I worked with parents returning to the workforce after becoming parents, building schedules and development sessions to foster better transitions that worked for parents.As a mom to three and one who wears all the hats of motherhood, I have built a process to support parents in growing their careers while raising their families. I have created a system that allows parents to increase their take-home pay and confidence while also allowing them to feel more available at home. These tools have helped me and my clients build boundaries, gain confidence and tackle limiting beliefs.
