My background is in Retail Management and recruitment. As a Store Manager in a millionaire store, I had responsibility for over 100 employees including training and recruiting. I oversaw project management of new store openings and increased both revenue and foot traffic in my area through my financial and marketing strategies.
As a mom of three, juggling the myriad hats of motherhood, I've crafted a system that empowers parents to grow their careers while nurturing their families. This system not only boosts take-home pay and confidence but also fosters a sense of presence at home. My clients and I have benefited from building boundaries, gaining confidence, and overcoming limiting beliefs, aligning our lives with our authentic values. As a recruiter with Morgan McKinley, I worked in a leading global think tank helping to streamline and improve on the recruitment process of software engineers. As we pivoted to a sprint approach, I created a time management system to save manual hours for our team so that we could focus more on finding quality candidates for our clients.
