We’re excited to be partnering with Leeds City Region Enterprise Partnership (the LEP) to launch Business Connect – an online support hub that will connect small businesses from the region to trusted advisers, business events, and programmes in the West Yorkshire region.

Hosted on Enterprise Nation, the hub gives small businesses access to a wealth of resources all in one place. Business owners can sign up for free to choose from the full range of services, from daily events to free discovery calls with local business advisers from over 30 different professions.

This partnership aims to fast-track the growth of micro and small businesses by connecting them to expert advice, support and other local business owners.

Tracy Brabin, Mayor of West Yorkshire said:

“I’m thrilled to announce the launch of Business Connect - a new hub that I’m confident will be valued by businesses looking at what is required to move forward.

“I have pledged to support local businesses and this is a fantastic opportunity for SMEs to connect with knowledgeable and experienced advisors who can help them to evaluate what they need to grow their business and improve efficiencies.”

Sir Roger Marsh OBE DL, Chair of the Leeds City Region Enterprise Partnership and NP11, said:

“I’m delighted that the LEP is working with Enterprise Nation to create a space for our region’s businesses to access resources and expertise to help them grow and build resilience."

“Business collaboration offers many long-term benefits, and this platform is a fantastic opportunity for business leaders to connect with some of our region’s top advisors."

“I would encourage all to sign up and find out how they can improve performance and identify new opportunities."

Emma Jones, founder of Enterprise Nation, said:

“This partnership will see hundreds of West Yorkshire businesses benefit from the knowledge of a curated cohort of local experts and get easy access to excellent resources to help them to not only recover following the pandemic but grow.

“It’s great to see a forward-thinking organisation like the LEP leading on initiatives like this that will benefit the local economy.”

If you are a small business in the West Yorkshire region or looking to start a business, sign up for free today to start connecting with trusted advisers, daily events and the resources to help you grow.

If you are a business adviser from the West Yorkshire region who offers coaching and support to small businesses, sign up to be part of this programme and connect with local businesses.

With your membership, you will also be able to promote your business and services across Enterprise Nation’s wider platform and nationwide community.
