As a Business Coach and former CEO, I bring a wealth of experience gained through steering companies in the Technology, Finance, and Construction/Manufacturing sectors. My journey includes being a business founder, where I helped cultivate a Tech based startup from inception, to a successful trade sale after achieving fast and impressive growth, with the aid of Private Equity money. In addition I have been a lead Director in two further successful exits, achieved in Finance and more recently Construction/Manufacturing, with CROWD being sold to Tikehau Capital PE in September 2023. These two exits had a combined sales value of over £200m.
In directorial roles, I’ve honed my expertise in scaling operations, driving innovation, and leading high-performing teams. My approach is rooted in a deep understanding of market dynamics and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
As a coach, my passion is working with leaders in high performing and creative environments, where collective professional delivery happens in parallel with personal growth!
