Kelly runs her own accountancy practice in the Peak District in Derbyshire. Having worked for 15 years in the corporate accounting world for big names such as Deloitte and Kellogg, Kelly decided 5 years ago to realise her lifelong ambition of setting up her own company working with small businesses.​

Kelly has passion for SMEs and loves working with the small and micro businesses that constitute the backbone of the UK economy. She focuses on developing strong relationships with her clients so that she becomes a valued adviser and often a regular sounding board for new ideas or ventures.

Kelly is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW) and subject to their regulations. She is also an enterprise adviser for D2N2 working to improve the employability of young people as well as a school governor.
