&lt;p&gt;First and foremost,&amp;nbsp;I am an &amp;#39;Explorer&amp;#39;. Part of this identity includes my life as an Adventure Philanthropist, a role which landed me three world records and endless tales of adventure and determination. It also incorporates my academic explorations which have led me to be considered an &amp;#39;expert&amp;#39; in Digital Mental Health Engagement and be invited to speak at conferences in the UK and overseas. Finally, it incorporates my exploration of new ideas, something which has included establishing &amp;#39;Casually Dazzling&amp;#39;, a small business selling handmade headwear for festivals, weddings and events with customers around the globe. More recently I have secured funding from Sandhurst Military Academy to develop and launch a Mental Resilience Training App, the first of its kind. Alongside that, I &amp;nbsp;am currently in the process of establishing a psychologically informed training and development company, &amp;#39;InMind Insight&amp;#39;.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;A life long advocate of the &amp;#39;Just Do It&amp;#39; mindset I have combined my passion for new ideas with my drive for meaningful action.&amp;nbsp;I currently work predominantly as a freelance Consultant and Coach, working with individuals and organisations around the UK in the areas of Youth Development, Entrepreneurship, Mental Health and Resilience Training.
