&lt;p&gt;I've spent most of the last 12 years in Higher Education, leading Business School around the UK. However, my real passion has always been entrepreneurship. I have more ideas than I know what to do with and the thrill of developing them is what makes me want to get up every day.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;So I'm now giving it a go full-time&amp;nbsp;- rather than the side hustles I've tried to keep spinning in evenings and weekends for longer than I care to remember.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I have two active online business - LoveBedtime.co.uk and LoveDiningShop.com. Our Tencel and Easy Fit duvet sets sell well. However, I consider the Genie Plate as my proudest invention (on LoveDiningShop.com). We think they're amazing and use them all the time - however they haven't really taken off with everyone else - so I'd love to hear from any clever marketers about how they could create a market for it.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;My current projects are really exciting - ProfitHonesty.com and EcoHonesty.com. They have a common theme, which is that most small business owners are offering fantastic products at great prices, but struggle to grow them. I&amp;nbsp;have been in that position and I want to help others - so we can all grow together.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
