&lt;p&gt;The founder of the independent business support service, Hourglass Business Services. Hourglass Business Services was founded in 2015 and has had a range of success since its inception, from seeing clients numbers double in 2016 to being shortlisted for two FSB London awards in 2017.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Seema has over 15 years of project management, teaching and administrative experience. Thanks to a varied and exciting professional career, working in positions as diverse as a managing a highly political government project and teaching English in Japan, her support skills benefit a wide variety of businesses, across a diverse range of sectors.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;She has a passion for knowledge which is not only personally fulfilling but has proven to be of great benefit to the businesses she works with. Being the lifelong learner that she is, Seema was also the Chair of a Primary School Governing Board, and is currently a mentor to a start-up&amp;nbsp;and is also a champion for fellow women business owners.&lt;/p&gt;
