Over the last 30+ years, I have had had the immense good fortune to have worked with an awful lot of businesses across the world - from pre-start solopreneurs to $MM multi-national corporations.  And not just private companies, but public sector bodies, NGOs, and third sector organisations too. &nbsp;

I've learned so much from each and every organisation that I've been privileged to work with, as their leaders shared with me what was working - and what wasn't.&nbsp;

They helped transform my understanding and experience of how both good and great leaders behave. They gave me so many insights into how they had built amazing businesses with engaged employees, delighted clients, and super-profitable bottom lines - and I was honoured that they trusted me to be able to help them improve what they were doing.

It is now my privilege (and my calling) to use this perspective, together with all the knowledge, tools and experiences I've picked up along the way, to empower and support my mentoring clients as they undertake their own transformation into awesome leaders.

Design Consultancy who work with organizations worldwide to help shift their thinking culture.

The Spill Teem® have an extensive background in service, product, communication and behavioural design and collectively carry 30+ years of human-centred Design experience, business strategy, and cultural change work.
