Whilst most of our time is spent helping established firms overcome the same types of problems you’re probably facing today, if I can help you avoid the same pitfalls now, then I’d be very happy to help.
Operating our practise since 2003, Genesis was formed to bring a much stronger understanding of business management and marketing to SME owners and senior leadership teams.
As a former board director and senior exec within a Top 50 FTSE company, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Chartered Marketer, and member of the Levitt Group (for senior marketers), I felt many thousands of firms were missing out on a lot of advice and encouragement, and it became our goal to change that.
In 2013, Enterprise Nation and the Chartered Institute of Marketing invited me to help support its members through the Growth Voucher scheme and in 2015, this work saw me recognised as, 'One of Britain's Top 50 Small Business Advisors'; in 2019 I was invited to become an Ambassador for a London based Financial Services Group to bring financial support and business advice to those boards aiming at a rapid growth and prompt lucrative sale. We’ve worked with many private businesses including Royal Warrant holding companies allied to the construction industry in manufacturing, wholesale, and associated services, where I joined the board of one of these companies as a non-executive director. I also work with companies in the retail and leisure sectors, although our skills are not industry specific.
Outside of my paid roles I act as a Non-Executive Director for several schools where I provide on-going support for the national executive, delivering career support for students aged between 16-18 years.
