Parene is a platform dedicated to helping moms and dads to succeed in their careers while enjoying the messy start to parenting. I work with parents as a coach/mentor and consultant to create strategies to improve their job performance while creating a holistic plan to help them feel more present at home. My background is in Retail Management and recruitment. As a Store Manager in a millionaire store, I had responsibility for over 100 employees including training and recruiting. I oversaw project management of new store openings and increased both revenue and foot traffic in my area through my financial and marketing strategies. As a recruiter with Morgan McKinley, I worked in a leading global think tank helping to streamline and improve on the recruitment process of software engineers. As we pivoted to a sprint approach, I created a time management system to save manual hours for our team so that we could focus more on finding quality candidates for our clients. Throughout my 14 years with both I worked with parents returning to the workforce after becoming parents, building schedules and development sessions to foster better transitions that worked for parents.As a mom to three and one who wears all the hats of motherhood, I have built a process to support parents in growing their careers while raising their families. I have created a system that allows parents to increase their take-home pay and confidence while also allowing them to feel more available at home. These tools have helped me and my clients build boundaries, gain confidence and tackle limiting beliefs. It has helped me create a life closer to my values where I can truly offer my authentic self no matter what hat I am wearing
