I founded Parene to empower parents to find harmony and structure in their lives. My goal is to help turn their dreams into action plans.My background is in Retail Management and recruitment. Throughout my 14 years with both I worked with parents returning to the workforce after becoming parents, building schedules and development sessions to foster better transitions that worked for parents.I am a mother to three and a fur baby. I built a program to help me navigate the shift in mindset I need with changing priorities.These tools have helped me and my clients build boundaries, gain confidence and tackle limiting beliefs. It has helped me create a life closer to my values where I can truly offer my authentic self no matter what hat I am wearing
