I'm Michelle.
I'm a certified coach, Chartered HR professional and the founder of Inlet Management. I help existing and aspiring small business owners to free up time, face fear and reduce stress by supporting them to take action and implement processes for success.
I offer a range of small business support services including:
· A 12-session Effortless Action Taking coaching programme
· A Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway coaching® programme
· One-off SOS coaching sessions to overcome fear or work through a business roadblock
· Feel the fear and Do It Anyway® training workshops
· Downloadable goal planners, workbooks and other small business resources
· Online and in-person small business workshops
I have a Masters in People Management and Development and have many years’ experience of helping senior managers in complex organisations to create high functioning teams. Having coached and managed my own teams as an HR manager, I bring my passion for people development to my coaching practice. Recognising that fear is often one of the things that stops people from taking action, I recently became a licensed Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway® coach and trainer so that I can add additional value to my clients’ personal development journeys.
