Janice is the founder of Introvert Media Lab, where she helps introverts build their brand and get hired. 

Most of the time you don’t need someone full time you need an hour of a project manager, a couple hours of a designer, some blogs copy written and so much more. Your creative and strategic energy is being wasted trying to find people on fiverr, upwork etc.
One person can’t and shouldn’t do all of that. I have created the Expert Team In A Box service where we strategize to create your quarterly business plan. Figure out the tasks to take off your plate and then I get those tasks done with my specialist team. When you have outsourced the draining tasks and managing people in your business you can relax and grow your business and your vision with ease.

She also runs The Career Introvert where she is a leadership coach for introverts. She hosts the podcast The Traveling Introvert where she talks about running businesses, traveling (less so now) and being an introvert.

I have 18 years of experience as a small business journalist having interviewed hundreds of entrepreneurs from billionaires like Sir Richard Branson to the founders behind brand new start-ups. I've worked for a range of leading small business publications and support groups, most recently as head of content at Enterprise Nation where I was responsible for the prolific output of content on the company's blog and social media. I'm based in Bristol where I run and host regular events with the local small business community and have strong connections to major business organisations in the south west region. In total, I've hosted over 50 events; from intimate meet-ups to conferences with an audience of hundreds including events for international brands like Facebook and Xero. I'm also a big fan of podcasts having hosted Enterprise Nation's Small Business Sessions as well as lots of online events including Facebook Live interviews, webinars and three live web chats from inside 10 Downing Street. He joined Arup, the internationally renowned Engineering Consultancy, working in London and Manchester&amp;nbsp;on high value UK projects as a designer and project manager, along with overseas experience in Russia and the Cameroon.&amp;nbsp;He actively promoted Arup in Liverpool through relationships with the City Council and Chamber of Commerce, ultimately setting up an office in 2001 to&amp;nbsp;focus&amp;nbsp;on bidding and Client Relationship Management, to help retain and secure new business.&amp;nbsp;In 2002, Malcolm was seconded to what is now the Department for International Trade (DIT) in London as an Export Promoter, encouraging UK companies to export their goods and services on the back of major sporting events in China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Hungary, Brazil and Qatar.&amp;nbsp;Malcolm became Director of Business Development, External and International Relations at MIDAS, Manchester’s Inward Investment Agency in 2006, encouraging foreign owned companies to set up business in Greater Manchester.&amp;nbsp;In 2009 Malcolm established himself as an independent Business Development Consultant, actively encouraging businesses to Obtain, Maintain and Retain profitable business through&amp;nbsp;the five pillars of Market Intelligence, Proposition Development, Lead Generation, Project Handling and Client Relationship Management.&lt;/p&gt;
