After graduating with a Degree in Business Studies and French, I went on to find my niche in staff development and training, achieving first a Certificate in Education and then a Post Graduate Certificate in Lifelong Learning and Professional Development. I have worked on training projects at a number of different scales and and types of organisation, from Blue-Chip Pharmaceuticals to the NHS and Housing Sectors. I have a reputation for being a dynamic and resourceful person who responds to challenges with new ideas and energy. I challenge assumptions, explore alternatives and offer solutions to issues for businesses ranging in size from individual entrepreneurs to national and multi-national organisations.
