Andy is a coach and facilitator who brings real breadth of experience to his work whilst broadening thinking through insightful questioning and challenge. He does not follow a rigid model or approach but instead draws upon his extensive experience, and knowledge of the psychology of behavioural change to help clients find solutions to challenges. He specialises in working with entrepreneurs, leaders from senior manager to CXX level and teams on initiating and leading change, leading and building high performing teams, career planning and progression, effective communication, building confidence and strategic influencing skills. Andy has an MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change from Henley Business School, is ICF accredited coach and a board director of the Association for Professional Executive Coaching and Supervision (APECS), the professional body for executive coaching and supervision to corporate organisations.
