I am a commercial leader with 8+ years of experience across Healthcare and Consumer industries.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
After completing a &quot;PhD in Business&quot; at Amazon (5 years across Retail and Sales, ending my stint as a top tier Sales Manager), I have taken on a challenge to turn around my family business in Poland (£10MM annual revenue, medical device distribution business). In 2 years, I managed to boost profitability from -1.2% to 2.7% (projected &amp; on track in 2025) through restructuring and process optimisation. Despite the headcount reduction and turn over, managed to grow revenue by 18% (2024 vs 2023) through business development activities (e-commerce, partnerships).&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
In order to help greater range of SMBs, Startups, family businesses but also PE PortCos, I have founded Demkovitz Consulting to make an impact on UK companies and economy. I also act as Board Advisor, NED and Angel Investor in early-stage startups and SMBs.
