* Profile review. What's your shop window? I'll pinpoint any schoolboy errors that need fixing and opportunities you might be missing to present a consistent presence on social media
* Quality of posts. Are you getting the engagement you need? Are you talking in the right tone of voice? How's your visual content looking?
* Channels. Are you active on the same channels as your audience?
* Tools. I'll ask about your workflow and how you publish content, and make suggestions to streamline the whole process.

How's it work in practice?
1. Zoom call to talk through audience, goals, competitors, and any questions you want answered through the audit. I also have a briefing form I can send you to capture everything in one place.
2. I'll roll up my sleeves and review everything according to my audit framework!
3. Follow-up meeting to present you with a simple suite of documents, with a checklist of recommended actions to take.

Hello, I’m a digital marketing agency founder and communications consultant in Cambridge. After a decade in broadcast media producing radio and digital content with the BBC, ITV and Magic FM, and as a homepage editor for Yahoo and AOL, in 2008 I founded Sookio. I built and scaled the agency through intense periods of change – pandemic, fire, recession, four premises, shift to hybrid working – and oversaw the delivery of targeted marketing campaigns for clients in education, science/tech, B2B and the public sector, reaching millions of people and increasing footfall, applicants, and revenue.
