&lt;p&gt;Hi, I&amp;nbsp;run a company called Allergen Checker. I have been interested in Allergens for a few years now, and I have taken the opportunity to turn it into a business. I have spent my working life as a chef working in various establishments from mass catering of 1000 to fine dining ala carte restaurants. I saw a gap in the market where the much smaller business will struggle to document and spend time recording their ingredients, so by using our software you will be able to store a virtual store cupboard,&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
