I specialise in all aspects of corporate and commercial law for start ups and SMEs and offer discovery calls of up to 30 minutes free of charge.&nbsp;
I can advise on corporate transactions, business purchases and sales and company investments as well as all B2B and B2C commercial contracts, supplier contracts, Ts &amp; Cs, regulatory compliance, IP, IT, data protection, disputes, high level property and employment matters and any other day to day legal issues which may arise.
By way of background, I have over 25 years’ experience as a commercial and corporate lawyer. I trained and worked at some of the largest global and UK law firms – DLA Piper, Baker McKenzie and Osborne Clarke. I have also held senior in-house positions including Head of Legal and Head of Operations at Endsleigh Insurance, Legal and Commercial Director at Jenson8 and General Counsel/Head of Legal at OneFamily, in addition to founding my legal consultancy, Brighton Legal.
