Lesley Batchelor is a global business strategy leader and expert in the International Trade Policy and compliance issues based in London and Yorkshire. An award-winning businesswoman who has held several senior executive leadership positions. She has spent her 40-year career working at the CEO team level, in senior executive and advisory roles – as a consultant and experienced independent board director – for numerous companies. Has held NED and advisory board roles and worked on audit, finance and planning, remuneration and governance committees for private and government bodies. Lesley is dynamic, talented, and a natural leader who thrives on challenge and change.
She has guided multinational companies in developing new opportunities. across existing geographic markets, providing deep expertise in navigating complex international trade issues.
Lesley has a wealth of experience in establishing and growing businesses. Skilled in developing company boards especially volunteers and driving collaborative decisions to a successful outcome.

Taking her to attend functions from Lancaster House and the Foreign Office to WTO and WCO. Running award ceremonies, honorary dinners, and trade summits around the UK and globally. Lesley is adept at being a Master of Ceremony, and that audience engages from start to the finish of the event.
