Project Coaching can be for individuals or for teams of 5 or more people and will focus on:

- Business reviews and goal setting
- Strategy and planning (overall business and its core functions or new initiatives)
- Structure reviews
- Operational process improvements
- Sales and Marketing reviews
- Technology and improving operational effectiveness
- Lead generation and business development
- Includes project set up and steering, engagement of relevant staff, weekly check ins and monthly reviews re progress and results

Pricing is per month including 5 hours of coaching plus best practice project management tools and templates.

I’ve worked with small medium enterprise (SME) businesses for over 20 years including education and training providers, insurance and finance companies, electrical and IT equipment retailers, health clubs and gyms, personal training studios, cafes, restaurants, beauty salons, and various commercial equipment suppliers to provide advice and support in key aspects of business such as sales, marketing, customer service, operations and finance.  Being a business coach to me is about giving back to the business community to see it grow and prosper. I pride myself on being an empowering, growth orientated, input focused and result driven coach who has my clients vision and their business goals at the centre of all the work we do together.I take the time to get to know you and your business in its current form to ensure the support, strategies and solutions proposed are individually tailored to you achieving sustainable success. I work with individual revenue contributors, business owners, senior leaders, managers, business development teams, marketing, learning & development, and people (HR) who need to optimise business growth through improving personal productivity, personal management, and motivational and strategic leadership. My 30+ years of business experience including specialising in sales and marketing is key to coaching business owners and teams to improve and optimise results via reviewing the core areas of their business to identify peak performance zone triggers to leverage growth.
