I provide coaching for business leaders to develop their personal presence and to recognise and develop their strengths, and to overcome their weaknesses.
The approach I take is as follows:
We start by evaluating current personal presence by observing communication style, body language, tone of voice, and other aspects of presence. This assessment provides valuable feedback and insights into areas for improvement.
Areas for improvement can include improving body language, speaking with more clarity and conviction, developing empathy, and listening and asking powerful questions.
The guidance and support I provide can include practising specific communication techniques, working on mindfulness and self-awareness, developing strategies for managing stress and anxiety.
A key part of the coaching is monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed to ensure progress towards the goals.
