Lisa-Nicole Dunne is a leading Irish strategist, an advocate for social change, and equality, with governance, growth and brand experience across various sectors including automotive (BMW), financial, education, international development, health research and professional services. With charity leadership experience as CEO of Children’s Medical Research Foundation, Focus Ireland and UNICEF, Lisa-Nicole has led teams to raise more than €100 million for good causes, and initiated award-winning campaigns such as Shine a Light night and created winning fundraising partnerships and collaborations for various causes.
Lisa-Nicole holds a BA from UCD, an MBA from DCU Business School, a Diploma in DEIB (UCD Professional Academy) and Diploma in Psychology (CMIT).
She was the Chair of Charities Institute Ireland from 2019-2022, and Non Executive Director for 5 years.
She spearheads a fundraising committee for WorkEqual, and is Founder of The Lunchtime Circle, a think tank for social enterprises and charities and has recently been appointed to the Board of Spunout (Youth Mental Health).

Clients include Mental Health Europe, Grow Mental Health, SOS, Pieta, PJ Hegarty, Eir, Comcast, AsIAm, Community Foundation and Rethink Ireland. Lisa-Nicole works with leaders in US, Europe, UK and Ireland to help them succeed and THRIVE as values based leaders.
