I’m a Sustainable Business Growth Expert and award-winning Business Mentor, recognised for my contribution to scaling a £20M business and featured in The Times and Forbes. I bring over two decades of experience spanning global corporations, high-growth SMEs, and founder-led startups, supporting leaders to scale with clarity, purpose, and commercial strength.
My early career began in Banking and the Fiduciary sector before I spent a decade leading international beauty brands (Beiersdorf and Coty Prestige). In 2017, I transitioned into SME leadership, holding C-suite roles including CMO, CCO, and MD, and serving on the Director’s Board of a scaling health &amp; beauty company.
Today, I mentor and advise founders across the UK and internationally, combining strategic insight with hands-on support to help them build impactful, sustainable businesses. I use my proprietary frameworks: The P.A.C.I.N.G.
