Mentoring for business owners and senior leaders

I have over 30 years of experience in business both as an employee and running my own businesses. I have built global teams and managed complex global supply chains. I am an expert troubleshooter , problem solver with a deep understanding of people management. I work confidentially with owner managed and famly businesses, and senior teams, particularly those in the growth stage, who are now encountering growing pains and need to review or reset their business. I bring a common sense and practical approach to problem solving, and supporting clients to solve team problems including conflicts, resistance to change and poor performance, whilst building their skills as effective leaders, managers empowering them to measure and motivate their team and grow their business. Initially qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor I have moved to work in various industries, mentoring business owners and senior executives, managing teams and solving problems and conflict, within the property, legal and professional services, retail, health and beauty and luxury brands.  I have a down to earth and practical approach and have been right in the thick of company growth and all the pains that come with that.
