Managing conflict among a business leadership team can be a challenging task, but it is essential for maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
My approach is a combination of one to one coaching and team workshops together with an audit of individual conflict styles.
I use a number of methodologies, including the Thomas-Kilmann Model, based on two dimensions of assertiveness and empathy, to surface and name the styles of the team members in order to gain better shared understanding and tolerance and cooperation.
