Leader or Manager Training DEI and Wellbeing Focus
With an ever-increasing expectation of employees being their authentic selves in the workplace. SMEs like bigger corporations are expected to ensure their workplaces are not just diverse, but also inclusive and supportive of all employees.
I work with business owners and managers to empower and equip them with best practice in managing the DEI and well-being matters arising in their businesses. This could be done via a DEI audit of your business with recommendations, a series of webinars/presentations (to educate/raise awareness), or a review of your existing policies and processes e.g. recruitment and selection via the DEI lenses, to ensure that your business is positively inclusive, and we could look at the set-up and management of internal employee networks.
The overall outcome of this program is a shift towards a more inclusive and supportive workplace, where all employees feel respected, treated equitably and valued.
