This could be done via a DEI audit of your business with recommendations, a series of webinars/presentations (to educate/raise awareness), or a review of your existing policies and processes e.g. recruitment and selection via the DEI lenses, to ensure that your business is positively inclusive, and we could look at the set-up and management of internal employee networks.
The overall outcome of this program is a shift towards a more inclusive and supportive workplace, where all employees feel respected, treated equitably and valued.

As an independent HR Consultant, I work with micro-entities and SMEs to unlock their competitive advantage through their people, by ensuring they have effective HR policies, processes and systems in place to manage and develop their talent. I empower and equip business owners and leaders to manage their employees effectively, in terms of employee engagement, well-being, retention and performance.
