The Growth Lab specialises in coaching business owners on their life and business journey, as they are intertwined. Since we cannot truly separate ourselves from our small business, we benefit from the support of a champion who helps us to carify our goals holisitcally, and hold that vision with us.&nbsp;&nbsp;
I am focused on Growth, People, Balance, and Alignment of our values and goals. This means I provide the same, but different, support to those who would remain small as much as those who want to scale.
Complementing this business owner focus is my coaching of men approaching and through midlife, to visualise and realise their 'second half' goals of meaning, purpose, and enjoyment.
Midlife has shifted and is now more like 55 or 60, as our hopes and dreams continue to grow where they might have historically been bound to our retirement age.
In addition, <a href='https://www.thegrowthlab.org/home' target='_self'>The Growth Lab</a> provides coaching for adults living with, or affected by, Adult ADHD. Our team understand Adult ADHD from personal experience, and from a coaching perspective.
Everything we do considers the uniqueness of our clients, and that they are Creative, Resourceful, and Whole. We have a Growth Mindet and subscribe to Positive Psychology and Strengths Coaching.
I, <a href='https://www.jpfarrell.co.uk/jp-farrell' target='_self'>Jeremy 'JP' Farrell</a>, am a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in IT Services, specializing in ERP and SaaS HR. My career has spanned across industries and geographies, delivering successful projects and programs that drive digital transformation for businesses worldwide. With a strong background in delivery, project, and program management, I bring a strategic approach to every role, ensuring that both my clients and their customers achieve their goals.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with leading organizations such as IBM, EDS, and Informatica, managing projects in 25 countries and across various sectors. My leadership journey began in the early 80s as a ship's officer and has since evolved through diverse roles, including restaurant management, recruitment, project direction, and executive coaching. Each of these experiences has contributed to my ability to lead teams, solve complex problems, and deliver strategic value to businesses.
I’ve also served on IBM's EMEA Project Management Professions Board and participated in numerous steering committees and project boards, where I’ve contributed to shaping the direction and success of major initiatives. My client portfolio includes well-known names like Harrods, NHS, Nationwide UK, and many others, reflecting the breadth and depth of my expertise.
In addition to my project management roles, I’m passionate about developing people. I’ve designed and delivered training courses based on practical experience, helping individuals and teams set and achieve meaningful goals. Whether coaching unemployed youth in Africa or training engineers on an oil rig in the Indian Ocean, I’ve always been driven by the desire to make a positive impact.
I’m a Certified PMP, PRINCE2, and AgilePM Practitioner, holding a Bachelor of Commerce in Management and an advanced certificate in Strategic Human Resources Management. My journey continues as I help businesses navigate their digital transformations, develop their talent, and achieve lasting success.
