I am the a Business consultant that specialises in Hospitality and Customer Service industries. With over 25 years of experience I understand the pressures and nuances involved in business and this is what I bring to my clients. Although I focus mainly on training, development, and strategy, there are other linked area's that I support.

Our company helps people with their visions when opening their businesses. We can project manage the whole opening or support in area's where needed. However our focus over the last few years have been helping struggling businesses, become robust and then thrive.

We have training programs, mentoring schemes and what I call business health checkups.
